1. Shipping
We work with several shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Shipping costs depend on the country or region of delivery and the rates applied by our partners.
Free shipping within Belgium for orders above € 50,00.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart after you enter your contact information. Costs may differ per country.
We will only ship an order once it has been fully paid. Please note that foreign payments may take a few days before they are accepted by our bank.
Delivery times:
- Non-personalized items: shipped within 2–5 working days.
- Personalized items: may take up to 2 weeks.
- Urgent orders: contact us at info@delvache.com before placing your order. We will gladly check if we can meet your deadline.
We ship worldwide. Delivery costs may vary depending on your location. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These costs are at the expense of the customer.
2. Returns
You have the right to return your order within the legal period provided by European legislation. The costs of returning are at the expense of the customer, unless the wrong product was delivered or the delivered item was damaged.
Please contact us before returning any item via info@delvache.com so we can assist you with the process.
Personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Requirements
All orders must be returned within 14 days after receiving the package.
All products should be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.
We will not accept folded aprons in any way. For proper shipment, please roll the aprons in the same way they were rolled initially.

Return Received
After receiving your return, we will inspect all items for damage or other issues.
Once the check is completed, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
After this confirmation, we will exchange or reimburse your order within 7 working days (note: exchange within 7 working days is only possible if the required product is in stock).
Return – and Other Problems
If we find wear marks or any kind of damage during inspection, we will contact you directly via the provided email address or phone number.
If your package has been lost by one of our carriers, please contact us as soon as possible via info@delvache.com.
3. Guarantee
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee in the European Union.
4. Cancellation Policy
Would you like to cancel your order?
Please send an email to info@delvache.com within 1 working day after placing your order.
However, it is possible that your order has already been processed and shipped. In that case, we can no longer reimburse the return costs.
Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellation is only possible if the items have not yet been started/produced.
