The development of our leather aprons is based on four essential aspects
THE design
Regarding our aprons, we have chosen timeless and functional designs, because a leather apron isn't just about aesthetics: it also has an essential role to play, which is to protect against the heat and stains from the barbecue or kitchen.
Whether it's for our Classic, Pro, or Waist-down apron models, each one has been selected for its elegance, functionality, and comfort.
Unlike many aprons on the market, we cut our aprons from a single piece of leather, as we believe this offers superior refinement compared to models sewn from multiple parts.
On the Classic model, you can hide the neck strap under the apron thanks to a specially designed slot. The same principle is applied to conceal the strap at the waist. Convenient and simple.
All our aprons also feature a towel holder at the waist. Hang one of our BBQ towels or our BBQ Survival Kit on it, and your outfit will be complete for your next barbecue.
THE matERIAL
DelVache is renowned for using high-quality leather (grain and full-grain). Many aprons on the market disappoint with their stiff or low-quality leather, resembling cardboard more than genuine leather.
Our leather, mainly sourced from Italy, is exceptionally supple, making it very pleasant and comfortable to wear.
Our straps are made of full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. This type of leather is recognized as the highest quality possible for belts and straps.
Additionally, we carefully select tanneries based on the following criteria: aesthetics, leather quality, eco-responsibility of production, and the origin of the animals.
With us, you'll find aniline leather for fans of a natural look. We also offer beautiful pigmented leather for those who want easy cleaning and maintenance.
Manufacturing process
Our leather aprons and knife bags are entirely made in Belgium.
Our production method perfectly combines traditional artisanal craftsmanship with the use of cutting-edge technology.
This provides us with exceptional flexibility, both in terms of production speed and modifications to size, shape, and the application of engravings, all with unmatched precision.

DURABILITY
Chez DelVache, nous croyons en la création de produits qui résistent à l'épreuve du temps. Nos tabliers en cuir sont conçus pour durer.
Tous nos tabliers sont conçus principalement pour un usage professionnel, ce qui signifie qu'ils sont fabriqués pour durer dans le temps.
Le cuir est un materiau très résistant à la base, mais nous avons en plus renforcé les points sensibles du tablier pour prolonger encore la durée de vie.
Et finalement, si jamais vous avez quand même un souci à votre tablier, n'hésitez pas à nous contacter. Nous regarderons ensemble s'il est possible d'effectuer une réparation.
